Your Role:
Ethos Virtual Assistant
We’re a US-based company that assists Independent Insurance Agents. Ethos’ Virtual Assistants handle day-to-day tasks and support the Agent to focus on revenue generating activities.
Responsibilities
Availability Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, 1 hour lunch break
Assist in a variety of common processes and tasks necessary to keep the agent’s business running smoothly: inbound & outbound customer service, marketing, social media, data entry, inside sales, retention, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
College graduate
Call-Center or Virtual Assistant experience
Excellent communication & relationship-management skills
Organization and time-management skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism at all times
Native-Level English in speech & writing
Native-Level Spanish is a plus
Modern Computer & High-Speed Internet Connection
