Your Role:
Ethos Virtual Assistant

We’re a US-based company that assists Independent Insurance Agents. Ethos’ Virtual Assistants handle day-to-day tasks and support the Agent to focus on revenue generating activities.

Responsibilities

  • Availability Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, 1 hour lunch break

  • Assist in a variety of common processes and tasks necessary to keep the agent’s business running smoothly: inbound & outbound customer service, marketing, social media, data entry, inside sales, retention, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • College graduate

  • Call-Center or Virtual Assistant experience

  • Excellent communication & relationship-management skills

  • Organization and time-management skills

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism at all times

  • Native-Level English in speech & writing

  • Native-Level Spanish is a plus

  • Modern Computer & High-Speed Internet Connection

  • Quiet Work Environment (100% remote)
